There was a station previously at Dartmouth from 1878 until 1896
2007 Relief inshore lifeboat D520 Bob Savage transferred 8 August for evaluation.
Inshore lifeboat station completed in October at a cost of £175,000.
Dart Lifeboat Station was formally established by the Trustees Committee on 7 November.
