About this station
Operating for over 70 years, Aith is the most northerly lifeboat station providing protection for mariners off Shetland’s sometimes wild Atlantic coast. The crews have been honoured with 10 awards for gallantry for rescues carried out in their all weather lifeboat.Recent launches in scotland (BST)
