Team building days

The RNLI offers a number of Team Building Days including a unique opportunity to experience our sea survival training. Here are just a few examples of the bespoke opportunities we can arrange for your company.

Sea Survival Experience: Ideal for team building as there is no better environment in which to demonstrate the importance of working well together. Participants experience a taster of what our volunteer crew undergo as training, using scenario-based exercises, including the survival pool and fire ground.

Other team building days include Tank Driving, 4x4 Experience, White Water Rafting, Sky Diving to name a few. All events are professionally organised and can be adapted to generate as little or as much competition as required.

These events provide excellent teamwork development training, whilst having fun and raising important funds for the RNLI.
