Helping families in need and saving lives

'Helping Families in Need and Saving Lives' was a message that really hit home with Foundation trustees and HBOS colleagues alike whilst considering the HBOS foundation million pound challenge short listed charities for 2007. 

RNLI's presence along the UK's coastline, as well as the inner city coverage of the Beach to City programme, made the RNLI of an ideal profile for fundraising support from the UK wide colleague base of HBOS. Working together, FHA provide much needed rest and recreation at the seaside for hundreds of families, whilst RNLI Lifeguards ensure children and families stay safe on the beach.
