Hoylake Appeal

The Hoylake Appeal reaches its first anniversary with a magnificent £900,000 already raised to help fund the new lifeboat station.
 
The lifeboat station is almost complete so the focus of the fundraising will now move to the need for a new all weather lifeboat.

Dave Whiteley - Hoylake coxswain thanked people for contributing to the fundraising and said everyone at the lifeboat station has been overwhelmed by the response to the appeal.

We still need help to achieve our target of £1m by the end of December 2008.  Clearly we still have a long way to go but I am sure people understand how important it is that we provide our crew with the very best facilities and equipment available.
